Vellapally Constructions is one of Kerala’s leading construction companies, headquartered in Kottayam with a network of construction and engineering works spanning the entire South India. Since 1981, the company has evolved from constructing solo building projects into a strong professional engineering, construction and development company, with an ever growing client base and with over 7 decades of experience in the construction and engineering industry.
Vellapally Constructions boomed under the leadership of late Mr. V C Mathew Vellapally who was followed by his son late Mr. N.M. Jacob Vellapally. Late N.M. Jacob Vellapally and his son Mr. Jacob Mathew Vellapally formally registered the firm in 1981. The torch of success has been passed on from generation to generation. Mr. Jacob Mathew Vellapally, grandson of late Mr. V.C. Mathew Vellapally is now at the helm of affairs as Managing Partner along with the next generation including Mr. John Philip Kaduthodil and Mrs. Anisha Mathew.
